We sincerely hope that you love your FLOW by TAO products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in line with Dutch and EU consumer law.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
1.1 As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
1.2 To exercise this right, please notify us by email at rachel@flowbytao.com within the 14-day period.
1.3 After informing us, you must return the products within 14 days.
2. Conditions for Returns
2.1 Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
2.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot return and refund opened ICE by TAO balms.
2.3 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
3. Refunds
3.1 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
3.2 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
3.3 Original shipping costs (if charged) are not refunded, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
5.1 If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact rachel@flowytao.com within 7 days of receipt.
5.2 We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.
